Welcome on the “Hérisson Bleu” website. The “Hérisson Bleu” (Blue hedgehog in English) is the name of a Lavender Plant that grows in Provence.

We are a couple of Lavender growers (from which we extract the precious Lavender Essential Oil), and beekeepers (we produce traditional lavender honey and wild flower honey). We also cook handmade jams with some original recipes (watermelon, old pear, elder...).

Moreover, we are renovating the “Hérisson Bleu Bed & Breakfast”, that will soon be ready to welcome you in warm surroundings in Laborel, Provence, France.
